Home owners in England and Wales are required to prepare a Home Information Pack when advertising a property for sale. This currently applies to all domestic properties regardless of the number of bedrooms. If you are selling a property in the Herefordshire area we can help with two parts of the pack; the Energy Performance Certificate (mandatory) and the Home Condition Report (optional but highly recommended).
Why should you use our services? We are local, independent and offer a 48 hour (maximum) turnaround time from our appointment to the availability of your Energy Performance Certificate. After each appointment has been completed, we take the information back to our office, allow time to reflect on the data gathered and consider the final figures used for the actual report. This is a requirement of our stringent quality control system operated by our Accreditation body. What do I get? You will receive an electronic version of the report or a paper copy or both.		How long does it take? The time taken to gather all the required data for an Energy Performance Certificate is typically 45 to 60 minutes. Home Condition Reports take longer because the surveyor has to study many additional parts of the property.
