Why should you use our services?
We are local, independent and offer a fast turnaround
time from our appointment to the availability of your Energy Performance
Certificate (EPC).
After each appointment has been completed, we take the information
back to our office, allow time to reflect on the data gathered and
consider the final figures used for the actual report. This is a
requirement of our stringent quality control system operated by our
Accreditation body.
What do I get?
You will normally receive everything by email. Paper copies
of EPC's available on request. |

How long does it take?
The time taken to gather all the required data for an Energy
Performance Certificate is typically 45 to 60
minutes. Home Information Packs take longer because additional
parties are involved (such as water authorities) to collect the
documents required. |
